Refund policy

All purchases have a (30) day return policy after they are received, if for any reason if you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us via On the Go with Princess O LLC Facebook messenger or Onthegowithprincesso@gmail.com

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Once we receive your email, we will send you instructions on the next steps.  Items sent back to us without communication first will not be refunded until the proper steps are taken.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue as soon as possible to make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Custom Items are not returnable:
Certain types of items cannot be returned, i.e. custom design products (such as custom printed or personalized items) Please check listing descriptions before placing your order.

Refunds
